THE COMMON ROOM
A spacious 60 m2 living with a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned and heated.
We can provide access to the Large Common Room (60 m²) upon request
Basic equipment:
– Fully equipped kitchen with oven, 2 dishwashers, induction hobs, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee makers, Senseo coffee machine, and complete tableware
– Television, projection screen, tables and chairs for up to 20 people, and sofas
– Air conditioning and heating
Optional equipment (upon request):
– Large barbecue grill
– Video projector and screen

– Commercial espresso machine (Pro)
For groups, large families, or individuals, corporate seminar we offer 5 options:
1/ Rental of 1 to 5 units (from 1 to 10 bedrooms) of your choice, without private booking and without the common room.
2/ Rental of 1 to 5 units (from 1 to 10 bedrooms) of your choice, with private booking and with the common room (unrented units will be closed for private booking).
3/ The Complete House (“La Maisonnette” No. 5, closed for private booking), for a total of 4 units: 8 double bedrooms or 16 single beds, 5 bathrooms, 5 toilets, 5 living areas, a kitchen in each unit (4 kitchens), plus a 60 m² heated and air-conditioned common room with a full kitchen (5 kitchens in total), TV, with video projector and projection screen (on request).
4/ The complete property (» Le Moderne » No. 2 closed for privatization) i.e. a total of 4 accommodations 9 double bedrooms or 18 single beds, 5 bathrooms, 6 WCs, 5 living rooms, kitchen in each accommodation i.e. 4 kitchens, plus a common room of 60 m² heated air-conditioned with complete kitchen (i.e. 5 kitchens in total), TV, video projector and projection screen on request.
5/ The entire property comprises a total of 5 accommodations: 10 double bedrooms or 20 single beds, 6 bathrooms, 7 toilets, 7 living areas, a kitchen in each accommodation (5 kitchens), plus a 60 m² heated and air-conditioned common room with a full kitchen (6 kitchens in total), TV, with video projector and projection screen (on request).
Up to 20 single beds are available upon request (for seminars or sports groups for example).
Upon request only for families, we provide free of charge 5 travel cots for babies (without mattress protectors and sheets) and high chairs, a playpen, as well as shower stools and a walker…
Regarding pricing: We regret that we do not have a fixed price list as we have always offered customized services. To provide you with the most accurate quote possible, please indicate your chosen option (above), the number of adults and the ages of any children requiring sleeping accommodations (excluding babies, who are free of charge) and sofa beds, as well as your desired arrival and departure dates (and preferred arrival and departure times if different from standard hours), and whether you require double or single beds. Please submit your request via the “Contact” section.
For events (birthday, christening etc.) it is essential to inform us and contact us by phone for acceptance (depending on your organization) or not before any possible booking.
For groups, a total of 10 doublebedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 7 toilets and 1 large living room are available. There are bathroom toilets and kitchen in each of the properties. In addition, a common living room of 60 m2 which can be heated or air-conditioned and has a kitchen area, TV and projection screen, black menu display board on trestles (on request).
For your information: We live 2 km away (I go by every morning to clean the pool) and we personally welcome our guests and ensure a smooth departure after the check-out inspection. We have our own 9-seater minibus with a driver (ourselves) for 8 people for airport transfers, rentals, or getting around during your stay.
