Since opening in 2012, the Mas (320 m2) encompasses a Provencal house divided into 4 appartments. Completely self-sufficient and modelled in different styles (contemporary, modern, rustic, provençal), all have been recently renovated. In addition, a small independant house offers 2 to 4 addditional beds.
5 separated Gites in a total with the capacity for sharing moments of conviviality over a good meal or BBQ, with the added bonus of a large 60 m2 communal living room.
We offer the choice of renting 1 to 5 cottages for 1 to 20 people. (Above 20 will be considered upon request. Long term rental are also available.
Ideal for your stay with family, friends, seminar or sport meeting, our 5 Gites suit all age groups with their differing styles. You will be able to find a bubble of intimacy in your appartments, with their private terrace or garden, providing some calm and serenity when needed.
We love the Côte d’Azur for its aromas of lavender its scenery, Art de Vivre, gastronomy, and its mountain, valleys, rivers and hiking routes. It is renowned and celebrated for its exceptional coastline, magnificent beache sand Riviera lifestyle that defines the region.
For groups, a total of 10 doublebedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 7 toilets and 1 large living room are available. There are bathroom toilets and kitchen in each of the properties. In addition, a common living room of 60 m2 which can be heated or air-conditioned and has a kitchen area, TV and projection screen.
20 Single persons beds can be made available upon request. ( For seminar or sports groups for example).
Access to the swimming pool (10 m x 4.3 m )is secured by a gate and protected by an alarm so young children are able to run araound freely.
Also an option, you can enjoy some quiet relaxation and wellbeing in the 6-seater jacuzzi; the benefits don’t need to be elaborated on !
Location
Le Mas des Lucioles is ideally located for easy access to a multitude of exceptional sites within a short distance. You can visit numerous places of interest, coastlines and beaches, towns and villages throughout the region whether it be towards the Mediterranean Sea or inland to the Mercantour (valleys, mountains, rivers and lakes).
At the same time as being quiet, scenic and “local”, it is close to all amenities as well as the A8 highway, railway stations, ports, Nice City and its attractions, beaches, mountains and associated activities.
Specifically, close to the property, within one kilometer, you will find all the necessary shops: bakery, supermarkets, florist, restaurants, petrol stations, pharmacy, doctor etc.
You are about 20 minutes from Nice and its airport, 30 minutes from Antibes, 40 minutes from Cannes, 45 minutes from Monaco, etc. Moreover, you are at the gates of the Pre-Alps d’Azur National Park.
For family hikes, there are many routes suitable for all ages and levels of difficulty. And for cyclists, you are at the center of an area which has many biking options which are widely used by local cyclists. And let’s not forget, for those who love swimming in the sea, you will find the beaches of Cagnes sur Mer only 15 minutes away (and many more just a short distance beyond).
